There’s a communal lounge right outside the room with loud TV noise at inappropriate hours!!! Unsightly cigarette butts at the front door detract from the overall appeal!!! Improve the communal areas for a better experience!!!

Cozy room, well-maintained washroom, with excellent heating and hot water available. A nice breakfast area featuring an American kitchen and all necessary facilities.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room. The room was super clean and comfy, which I loved. Being on the ground floor made it easier for us to get around with our walking issues. The hosts were amazing—so welcoming and helpful! Parking was free, and having shops nearby was a nice bonus. My only issue was some noise from the communal areas at times. But overall, it was a solid place for a stay!

i had a great stay at comfortable stay! it's super close to the shopping centre in shirley, which is perfect for picking up anything you need. having access to a kitchen was a big plus for us. the bed was incredibly soft, yet so comfy, and the host was really helpful with any questions we had.
